RENTAL CONTRACT

1) This contract is entered into on this date of ______________ between the parties of __________________ , hereafter referred to as the LEASEE, and Jenny Bennett, hereafter referred to as the LEASOR.

2) The Leasee is contracting the Leasor for rental of Sable Rose, in the area of Palmetto Point, Eleuthera, The Bahamas.

3) The effective dates of this lease are from ______________ to ___________________.

4) Rental for such lease is _________________.

5) In lieu of damage deposit, leasee agrees to re-imburse leasor for any significant damage incurred at above property.

6) Leasor agrees to provide working kitchen and plumbing facilities, and, if not functional, agrees to repair such in a timely manner.

7) Leasor agrees to rent property solely to ____________________ and his/her party for the above time period.

8) If leasee, for any reason, decides not to rent, he/she will receive a refund of the deposit, as long as tbe leasor is notified 60 days or more, prior to the agreed-upon date of occupancy. If this 60 days, or more, notice is not given, the refund will be withheld, since it may be difficult to rent on short notice.

9) If a hurricane, or even a threat of a hurricane, cause the leasee to lose time. the leasor agrees to refund the leasee a full refund for any time lost.

10) Leasee agrees to release leasor from any liability claims that may arise in the duration of this contract.
