The road from the North goes through the village of North Palmetto, then proceeds, via a rough, dirt road, also past coconut palms:
Looking straight ahead from the site of the house, one can see, in these pictures, the fine sand, the clear water, and the nearby, offshore reefs, excellent for snorkeling:

These following pictures show the ponds, and their closeness to the ocean; the house is situated on the strip of land between them:
The pond in the back of the house, on the side away from the ocean side, is called "Long Pond".:
